INNOVATIVE DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAIL

In modern cleaning equipment, the original cleaning task is increasingly being expanded to include additional innovative functions.

With its strong development potential, the CROTTI GROUP is a creative ideas factory and works together with its customers to develop new products for the future.

By getting involved early on in the development of new applications, machines, and processes, we can provide our customers with comprehensive advice. This means that both strands of development go hand in hand, resulting in an economical, functional, and innovative product.

New avenues open up market opportunities

New product ideas open up new markets and solutions for new applications. Our engineers use creative approaches and expertise to develop new cleaning tools. Designed for a perfect performance profile and with economic manufacturing in mind.

Compostable organic fiber

We can also produce PLA filaments from bio-based materials (thermoplastic biopolymer—polylactic acid). This helps reduce plastic particle pollution in the environment. The material is recyclable and compostable.

The most significant environmental benefit is the replacement of petroleum-based plastics with a renewable raw material.

The product is manufactured and certified in accordance with the quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 and the environmental management system based on ISO 14001:2015.

  • The fiber is made from renewable, organic, and compostable materials.
  • Waste can be recycled; it is environmentally friendly and compostable.
  • Microorganisms in the compost and soil break down the smaller polymer fragments and lactic acid into nutrients.
  • Since lactic acid is widespread in nature, a large number of organisms utilize it. At the very least, fungi and bacteria are involved in this degradation process. The end products of the process are carbon dioxide, water, and humus, a soil nutrient.
