YOUR CHALLENGE is OUR PASSION

The CROTTI GROUP stands for the highest level of expertise in the areas of development, design, and toolmaking, right through to on-time delivery. We only use materials from certified manufacturers and produce a wide range of filaments ourselves.

We return plastics from post-production or end use back into the production cycle.

Wherever possible, we use sustainable materials and work consistently to reduce our carbon footprint.

Highly efficient extraction systems have been installed, which return 100% of production-related plastic waste to our production processes.

Ideas for the environment

Our goal is to improve the environmental impact of the materials, processes, and products we manufacture. That is why we are working to achieve environmentally friendly and resource-efficient production using innovative technologies.

Our goal is to achieve the Paris Climate Agreement with consistent emissions reductions by 2050. We have already achieved several milestones along the way through the use of recycled materials and environmentally conscious product design.

An innovative bristle design saves up to 25% water and cleaning agent in scrubbing brushes.

Production
Highly efficient extraction systems have already been installed throughout our production processes in 2010. This enables us to convert production-related plastic waste back into granules, 100% of which are fed into our production processes.

Material
With thermoplastic and special molding technology, we manufacture bodies of cleaning tools from renewable raw materials or from compounds. In this way, we contribute to reducing our customers’ CO2 footprint.

We can also produce PLA filaments from bio-based materials (thermoplastic biopolymer—polylactic acid). This helps reduce plastic particle pollution in the environment. The material is recyclable and compostable.

Function
Thanks to intelligent bristle architecture, CLEANSTER technology protects the environment and saves important resources. With a scrub brush for mechanical floor cleaning with a saving of up to 25% water and cleaning chemicals.

Certification
In order to certificate our products and our attention for the environment all our material suppliers have QA-CER . This certification scheme is a benefit, giving us confidence in our processes and the recycled content of our products. It’s also a benefit to our customers, who can make more informed purchasing decisions.

Thermoplastic molding. We use this process to manufacture the bodies of cleaning tools from renewable raw materials or compounds. In this way, we also contribute to reducing our customers’ carbon footprint.
